By accessing or using Tuni ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tuni is a personal finance management application that provides:

• AI-powered expense tracking through natural language chat with an AI assistant ("Tuni")
• Receipt scanning and OCR (optical character recognition) for automated transaction entry
• Budget management and spending reports with visual analytics
• Gamification features including streaks, experience points (XP), levels, and badges
• Push notifications for reminders, budget alerts, and achievements

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use Tuni, you must create an account using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password registration. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

Notify us immediately at tuniapp.support@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Tuni, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service to launder money or engage in financial fraud
• Transmit spam, phishing attempts, or unsolicited communications

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Property

Tuni, including its design, code, graphics, Tuni mascot, logos, and content, is owned by Tuni and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

5.2 Your Data

You retain ownership of all personal and financial data you enter into Tuni. We do not claim ownership of your transactions, budgets, chat messages, or uploaded images. You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

Tuni uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to parse expense messages, scan receipts, and generate financial insights. Please note:

• Accuracy is not guaranteed — AI-parsed transactions may contain errors in amounts, categories, or descriptions. Always review AI-generated entries before confirming.
• Receipt OCR limitations — OCR accuracy depends on image quality, receipt format, and legibility. Extracted data should be verified.
• Not financial advice — Tuni's responses, insights, and suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tuni is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for financial decisions you make based on information provided by the Service
• Tuni is not a financial institution, bank, or licensed financial advisor
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

If you are located outside Vietnam, you agree that any disputes will still be subject to the jurisdiction specified above, unless your local law provides otherwise.
